Return Policies
  Refunds:  All sales are final. If you return any item to Gill’s Furniture without an approval you will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%. the remaining balance will be held as a credit towards the purchase of an item of equal or higher price. The following conditions apply:
       
        •    Delivery is non-refundable* 
  • A Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)

Gill’s Furniture is not responsible for manufacturer or transportation delays. We can only give you an estimated date of delivery. This is an Estimated date not the actual date.  We make every effort to get your furniture to you as fast as we can but we have to wait for the manufacturer to deliver it to us before we can deliver it to you. average delivery time is 10 to 14 days but can be as long as 8 weeks or more depending on stock.

Gill’s furniture is not responsible for Items that do not fit. It is your responsibility to make sure that the items that you ordered will fit into your home.  You need to make sure that the items will fit thru your doorway, hallways and staircases. If you have payed for delivery you need to move anything that would obstruct the delivery before we arrive. 

Damages:  You must notify Gill’s Furniture within 72 hours of receiving your Items of any damages that you find. Gill’s furniture reserves the right to repair or replace all damaged items.  After notification Gill’s Furniture will send someone to your home to assess the damage. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM TO GILL’s Furniture UNLESS YOU ARE ASKED TO DO SO. If you payed for delivery the drivers will inspect the items as they deliver them if they find damage that is repairable they will leave the item with you and we will send a repair person to your home.  If you find damage after the driver leaves it must be reported within the 72 hours.

Delivery:  Gill’s Furniture will deliver your items when all items have arrived in our warehouse. Our delivery fee is based on a per stop basis. We will go to one address one time for one fee. If you split an order you will be charged a delivery fee per trip.

Arrival Notification:  All furniture must be picked up within 7 days of notification that it is in. If you payed for delivery a delivery date and time must be scheduled within the 7 days, any furniture that is not picked up or delivered within the 7 days will be subjected to a storage Fee of $5.00 a day unless other arrangements have been made.

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Gills Furniture is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. at this time we are only serving the greater Pugit Sound area. 

 

Lay-a-way

SALE PRICE'S DO NOT APPLY TO LAY-A-WAY. All monies paid for lay-a-way to Gill’s Furniture are non refundable. If the items that you ordered become discontinued you can pick other items of equal or greater value to replace the discontinued items. If you change your mind on the items that you ordered you can pick other items of equal or greater value to replace the items as long as the original items have not been ordered. We do not order the items until the items are paid in full or the customer tells us a date that they wish to make the last payment and pick the items up if available within that time.  Monthly payments are required if you fail to make a Monthly payment or contact us within that Month all monies paid to that point are forfeited to Gill’s Furniture.  If you find that you can't make the Monthly payment then you can call and make arrangements or you can apply all monies to items of the value that you have already paid. To keep the account currant a Minimum payment of $20.00 per Month is required.
